Welcome to Charitrip (the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). Charitrip is operated by Purpose Labs, S.L., a company incorporated under the laws of Spain, with registered address at Calle Pedro y Gun Vandale, 19, 96A, 35660, Corralejo, Las Palmas, Spain (CIF: pending registration), reachable at rosario@charitrip.world.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the website charitrip.world and any related services (collectively, the “Service“). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Charitrip is an online platform that connects travelers with independent third-party providers (“Providers“) who offer tourism experiences, activities, and accommodation packages, many of which are associated with charitable or social-impact causes.
Charitrip does not itself organize, operate, sell, or provide any travel, accommodation, or tourism service. Our role is limited to that of an intermediary that facilitates discovery and connection between users (“Travelers,” “you“) and Providers. Any booking, purchase, or contract for a trip, activity, or accommodation package is entered into directly between the Traveler and the relevant Provider, under that Provider’s own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.
Charitrip is made available to users through a paid subscription model, as described in Section 5 below.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1. To use the Service, you must create a personal account. Registration is mandatory.
2.2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.3. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a minor or a person without full legal capacity, you do so as their legal representative and take full responsibility for such use.
2.4. Charitrip may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate an account at its discretion in cases of fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms, as further described in Section 11.
3. Relationship with Third-Party Providers
3.1. Charitrip acts solely as a connector between Travelers and Providers. We do not control, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or suitability of any experience, activity, or accommodation package offered by a Provider.
3.2. Any dispute, claim, cancellation, refund request, or liability arising from the trip, activity, or accommodation itself — including but not limited to service quality, personal injury, property damage, delays, cancellations, or misrepresentation — must be addressed directly with the relevant Provider, under the Provider’s own terms and policies.
3.3. Charitrip is not a party to the contract formed between the Traveler and the Provider and shall have no liability arising from that contract.
3.4. We encourage users to review each Provider’s own terms, cancellation policy, and any relevant travel insurance options before booking.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1. Access to the Platform’s features is provided through a paid subscription (the “Subscription“), billed on the plan and cycle selected at the time of sign-up (e.g., annual, per user).
4.2. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refund will be issued except as described in Section 5.
4.3. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. Charitrip does not process or receive payment for the trips, activities, or accommodation packages booked with Providers; those payments are made directly to the Provider.
4.4. We reserve the right to modify Subscription pricing. Any price change will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles, not to a period already paid for.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
5.1. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your Subscription within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, and to receive a full refund, provided that you have not made use of the paid features of the Platform during that period.
5.2. If, when subscribing, you expressly request that access to the Service begin immediately (rather than waiting for the withdrawal period to lapse), and you acknowledge this request, you accept that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the paid features of the Platform. In that case, no refund will be issued for that Subscription period once such use has begun.
5.3. Requests for withdrawal and refund under this Section must be sent to rosario@charitrip.world within the applicable 14-day period.
5.4. This Section does not affect your separate rights, if any, in relation to a Provider’s own cancellation or refund policy for a specific trip, activity, or accommodation package, which remains governed by that Provider’s terms.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Attempt to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform’s systems, security, or data;
- Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful;
- Circumvent the Platform to transact directly with a Provider in a manner intended to avoid Charitrip’s Subscription model, where such circumvention breaches an agreement between Charitrip and the Provider.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these obligations.
7. User-Generated Content
If the Platform allows you to submit reviews, comments, ratings, or other content, you grant Charitrip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit, and represent that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Charitrip name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Purpose Labs, S.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Charitrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9.2. Charitrip’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms and your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Charitrip for your Subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9.4. As set out in Section 3, Charitrip bears no liability for the acts, omissions, or performance of any Provider.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Charitrip, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
11. Termination
11.1. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your Subscription and requesting account deletion.
11.2. Charitrip may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or if required by law.
11.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 14) will remain in effect.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or through a notice on the Platform at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Privacy and Cookies

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1. These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
14.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that entitle EU consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.
14.3. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also submit your complaint through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Force Majeure
Charitrip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Charitrip regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
