For years, we have been working to encourage young people to develop critical thinking, social\r\nresponsibility, and active citizenship. Through our projects and initiatives, we aim to combat issues such as corruption,\r\nsocial exclusion, lack of opportunities for youth, and the migration of young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through our experience, motivated team, and strong commitment to youth development and community engagement, UG \u201cDemos\u201d is well prepared to successfully implement European Solidarity Corps activities and contribute to the programme\u2019s objectives of promoting solidarity and addressing societal challenges.\r\nMilo\u0161 Popi\u0107 is the Project Manager and Voluntary Service Coordinator within the organization. His primary responsibilities include project coordination and mentoring, as well as the design, planning, organization, and implementation of seminars, training courses, and youth exchange projects.\r\nHe has more than 10 years of experience in the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) and the former European Voluntary Service (EVS) programmes. Within this role, he is responsible for supporting and coaching both sending and hosting volunteers, helping them overcome any challenges that may arise during their volunteering experience.\r\nMilo\u0161 actively applies various non-formal education methods and techniques, achieving excellent results in youth learning, intercultural dialogue, and personal development. Since 2012, he has personally mentored more than 50 EVS\/ESC volunteers, providing them with guidance, mentoring, and all necessary logistical support during their volunteering activities.\r\nHe has participated in and led numerous conferences, seminars, and training courses related to youth work, volunteering, and European cooperation. Some of the projects and initiatives he has been involved in include \u201cWorld Life Experience,\u201d \u201cYouth Power for a Common Future,\u201d \u201cTrivago Group in Bosnia,\u201d and several ESC projects such as \u201cVolunteerism to Solidarity,\u201d \u201cVolunteers for Peace,\u201d and \u201cPeace Academy.\u201d\r\nIn 2012 Milo\u0161 graduated at the University of East Sarajevo, Faculty of Economics Br\u010dko of the District, Department of Business Informatics.
